these are my little individual chicken pot pies.... a great dinner on a cold day, and the only meal I make that I'd describe as "adorable." I was thrilled about the last couple of days bringing chilly temperatures and rain. I really love Arizona and don't mind the heat, but I'm not ready for it yet. Not ready to put away the cocoa maker, my fuzzy slippers or my favorite hoodie. Tucking my freshly bathed children into their cozy warm beds... come on AZ, just a few more weeks, I've got to make one more pot of matza ball soup for Brian.
