It should come as no surprise that Katy wants to be a zombie for Halloween. After all, her dad has been obsessed with zombies for a while now. I suggested that she choose a costume and zombie-fy it, e.g., a zombie bride or zombie cheerleader. She settled on zombie ballerina, which shouldn't be too difficult to make. Especially since she drew me a picture to go by. I love this drawing, take note of the shredded tutu, and the perfectly sweet face. Not very zombie-fied. We'll have to make some adjustments. I'm pretty excited about this costume... I like having a reason to buy tulle.
