lego nerds

You should see my kids' Christmas wish lists... lego this, lego that, legos, legos, and more legos. I don't mind a bit because although legos are a little pricey, they are a worthwhile investment. All three of the kids will sit for hours digging through thousands of the teeny building blocks, making innovative little creations. I love it! It really comes in handy when Brian and I want to watch TV without constant interruption, "hey Cam, will you go build me an X-Wing fighter please?" They are very happy to build anything we can think up. The other day I was busy with my 2010 Young Women calendar, and I asked the kids to make some Christmas decorations with legos. Here's what they came up with... I won't have the heart to disassemble them, so it's a good thing they'll be getting hundreds more on Christmas morning.

Cameron's santa & Katy's tree

Cameron's snowman triplets & Katy's snowman

This is my fave, Katy's Angel. How sweet is that?
